Paid Promoter Disclosure — Danny Britt
Danny Britt is a paid promoter of Ables, Iannone, Moore & Associates, Inc. (“AIMA”) and is not a client of the firm. AIMA compensates Mr. Britt with ongoing cash payments under a written promotion agreement in exchange for promoting the firm. Because he is compensated for promoting AIMA, Mr. Britt has an incentive to recommend the firm, which is a material conflict of interest. Mr. Britt is not affiliated with AIMA and has no other material conflicts of interest to disclose in connection with his relationship with the firm.
